The Turbospeed CR27 is a Grand Touring Summer tire member of AVON Tyres' family of Original Equipment tires. The Turbospeed CR27 is designed to bestow comfort and confidence to the drivers of European prestige sedans by providing directional stability and positive steering response in dry and wet road conditions. The Turbospeed CR27 is not intended to be driven in snow.On the outside, the Turbospeed CR27 features a summer tread compound molded into a seven-rib symmetric tread design to provide traction, steering response and cornering stability. The tread design was tuned to minimize road/tire noise and maximize ride comfort. The location of the wide circumferential grooves blends dry road performance with wet weather traction.On the inside, the Turbospeed CR27 features twin steel belts reinforced by nylon that help resist distortion at high speeds and while cornering, along with a rayon cord casing that enhances ride comfort.
